We understand how valuable your time is, and we strive to minimize your wait.

Non-Emergency Clients

The 20 Minute Rule

To best serve you, we ask that, if you have been waiting longer than 20 minutes, please inform the receptionist. They will take charge of your case, alert the appropriate doctor, keep you informed as to any further delays, and ensure that your pet is evaluated as timely as possible.

Emergency Clients

Like any human ER, our emergency patients are triaged, with life threatening cases taking priority and non-life threatening cases seen in the order of arrival. We encourage you to check with a receptionist to get an estimate on your wait time. You should see one of our staff immediately if you perceive your pet's condition is deteriorating!

 

Personal Belongings

Although we discourage owners from leaving behind their pet's personal belongings, we would never refuse your request to leave those belongings with your pet. That said, if you choose to leave behind any items, please realize they may be lost or damaged. This is your choice to make, as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
